SummaryPhysician Chief of Cardiology Services will provide consultation services and follow up of medical subspecialty patients - in his or her designated field - in the inpatient and outpatient setting - at the SFVA - or one of the affiliated CBOCs. Cardiologists may travel to Community Based Outpatient Clinics as requested/assigned by the ACOS for Specialty Care.
