Ambulatory Quality Program Manager / Full-time
DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: The Ambulatory Quality Manager, under the direction of the Director of Quality and the Executive Director of Ambulatory Nursing, will facilitate clinical care improvement processes and programs for CSVH Ambulatory Departments. This role will work closely with physician and nursing leaders in our various clinics and outpatient departments to identify and develop clinical workflows and processes aimed at standardizing and integrating delivery of clinical care. This role will support clinic managers and directors as they implement and improve both current and new clinical workflows.
