The Director, Group Operations is responsible for the continuous, effective operations of all physician group practice offices directly assigned to position. May include primary care and/or specialty care group practice locations with focus on several offices in various locations. Works with Vice President of Medical Groip,front line managers and staff to improve the quality of care, strengthen the financial performance of the group practice offices, and to improve patient, physician, and employee satisfaction. In conjunction with medical staff leadership, including Senior Medical Director, Physician Department Chairs and Physician Team Leaders, develops and implements business plans for existing and future depart
