Job SummarySupports patients and providers within the outpatient setting by performing basic direct patient care activities. This position with be responsible forsupporting two clinics within 10 minutes of each other - Scranton (80%) and Dunmore (20%). Position will be cross trained to support clerical and clinical tasks.At the Scranton location, we have two providers, 1 full-time PAR and 1 part-time MA. This role will primarily have this person be on point for rooming workflows, helping to address quality best-practice alerts, help managing the in-basket and completing prior authorizations.
