A thriving multi-specialty group of 95 physicians just two hours south of San Francisco in Monterey, CA is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join their team.The position will be 60% clinical and 40% administrative serving as the lead APP overseeing and managing the practices current APP's in primary care, cardiology, and urology.At least 5 years of experience in primary care, cardiology, or urology required with preferably at least 1 year of leadership experience.The Position: Salary Range: Starts at $198,000 with a 10% Annual Quality Bonus 60% Clinical and 40% Administrative - 16 hours per week dedicated towards practice management and leadership.
