Job SummaryOur successful candidate will provide screening and education services throughout our community focusing on our members of all ages. This position requires participation in events throughout our Geisinger footprint in Northeast Pennsylvania. Work hours vary including early mornings, occasional weekends, and occasional evenings.Job DutiesServes community or practice/facility-based population management initiatives including on site programs, screening services, fitness classes, evidence based program facilitation and program development for the wellness team and partners. Responsible for the development and oversight, as well as implementation of health and wellness programs at the facility as well as surrounding community initiatives.
