Hospital Pharmacy Director needed in Northeast Oregon - Make over $230K DOE JOB-3088396
Step into a high-impact leadership role as the Pharmacy Director for a respected nonprofit critical access hospital in Northeast Oregon. You'll oversee a skilled team of pharmacists and technicians supporting both inpatient and ambulatory care services, while also guiding key initiatives through committees such as Medication Safety, Pharmacy & Therapeutics, and Environment of Care. All applicants must be a graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy and have at least three years of acute care hospital pharmacist experience in a lead, supervisory, or management level position. A PharmD and Oregon licensure are preferred (or eligible to obtain prior to starting), along with strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to thrive in a rural hospital setting.
