Under the general direction of the Chief of Mental Health, the Chief Psychologist, and/or the Chief Psychiatrist, the Health Program Manager II supervises the administration of the Mental Health Program including scheduling, program budget, procurement, quality management data and analysis, audits, staff space allocations, employee wellness, and employee safety and responsiveness to executive management and outside agencies. The position will be responsible for communicating plans, policies, processes, procedures, and decisions to relevant staff regarding the Mental Health Program.
