Vice President, Endocrine Services, Northwell Health

Northwell Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Endocrine Services, a pivotal leadership role that will drive the strategic vision for our Endocrinology programs. This position requires a collaborative leader who will work closely with service line leaders to oversee the growth and development of our endocrine faculty and medical group. You will play a crucial role in facilitating physician recruitment, supporting the expansion of clinical services, and promoting uniformity and quality across our affiliated practices.

As a champion of patient-centered care, you will enhance our Endocrine Services by focusing on quality outcomes and fostering strong relationships with both physicians and the community. Your responsibilities will also include executing business development and strategic planning initiatives, identifying innovative programs in partnership with program leaders, and ensuring the successful integration of various medical groups. You will lead efforts to achieve accreditation goals, develop metrics for service effectiveness, and manage departmental meetings to sustain our strategic priorities. By promoting high-quality care and effective resource utilization, you will help us maintain a collaborative environment across departments.

The Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism treats, prevents and manages diseases related to diabetes, pituitary disorders, and adrenal disorders. We leverage skill, experience, and leading-edge equipment to provide unparalleled care to every patient, with a commitment to advancing research and educating the next generation of medical professionals.

The ideal candidate will be ABIM Board Certified in Endocrinology.  This role includes clinical, administrative, research, and educational opportunities. Leadership experience is expected.
