Labcorp is seeking a remote based Variant Analysis Manager to join its team.   Work Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm local time zone.Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of a team of Variant Scientists responsible for clinical reporting, including production scheduling, capacity planning, and metrics monitoring  Lead an exceptional team of scientists, genetic counselors and other professionals to analyze, interpret, and report on clinical genetic data derived from a variety of core technologies such as NGS panels, NGS genome sequencing, and chromosomal microarray, among othersMonitor and manage performance of team members  Support career development of team members  Establish and foster
