The Nurse Manager (Office of Community Care) is a Registered Nurse designated as first-line supervisory authority, responsibility and accountability for the 24/7 operations, ensuring the subordinate personnel provide timely nursing care which complies with generally accepted standards of clinical practice. The Nurse Manager (Office of Community Care) is responsible for demonstrating a high level of clinical expertise, leadership and creative approaches to management of complex care. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Arranges training for staff and demonstrates competencies specific to the management of clinical setting.
