Position Summary The System Sepsis Program Manager role within the Acute Care Service Line is responsible for: keeping a balcony-view of system-level sepsis performance and sepsis outcomes, understanding process failure commonalities, facilitating collaboration among population health area sepsis quality leads and other stakeholders, maintaining a current knowledge base of evidence-based sepsis treatment and educating others as appropriate, responding to sepsis-related questions and coordinating appropriate action / resolution, acting as the SLHS liaison for sepsis prevention and treatment in the community, and measurably improving sepsis outcome
