DescriptionSummary:This position reports to the System Director, Strategic Sourcing. The Contracting Manager will be responsible for the oversight, coordination and management of strategic sourcing initiatives for Capital Equipment. This position will work in conjunction with the Service Line Directors of the applicable disciplines and provide sourcing, RFP and contracting expertise in support of their efforts. To be an effective part of the team, candidates must be a self-sufficient person who can interpret clinical, physician, facility and system needs, think strategically, be able to effectively manage projects from beginning to end, translate objectives, execute outcomes, present project deliverables, and deliver fully executed contracts.
