Manager Change & Employee Experience
JOB SUMMARYThe Manager of Change and Employee Experience is responsible for supporting change management strategies and designing and implementing processes, metrics, and programs that enhance the end-to-end employee experience. The Manager of Change and Experience will assist in the planning, development, and implementation of organizational change and culture programs for Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) and will build a deep understanding of the end-to-end employee experience, the strategic drivers, current pain points, and future needs by gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources.
