Emergency Medicine Chief
Education and length of practice are considered through a formal pay-setting process to determine the final compensable salary (Base Pay + Market Pay) The Emergency Department Chief is a medical officer at the FVHCS and is responsible for the quality of care and the utilization of health care resources at the facility and within the community. The incumbent functions as an emergency department provider and administrator who must have strong managerial and organizations skills as well as extensive clinical knowledge.
