JOB SUMMARY: Performs a variety of administrative duties such as patient registration and dismissal, appointment booking, reception duties, filing, copying, faxing, and other general clerical tasks as requested. Demonstrates competence to adapt work and customer service assistance methods to accommodate the needs of patients served by the department.
