Provide direction for total patient care in collaboration with the trauma team physicians, sub-specialists, nursing, and ancillary services. This position has oversight and responsibility for the adult trauma program to include trauma accreditation, standards and practices, trauma education, continuous quality improvement, data collection and reporting, program budget, injury
