SUMMARY OF POSITION:Â Serves each patient with the highest quality scheduling experience in every interaction every day.Primary duties involve all call center activities, coordinating scheduling appointments for consultations, medical procedures, follow up visits. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator able to confidently and effectively collaborate with team members, other departments and patients. Candidate will need excellent organizational and time-management skills and should be familiar with call center communications, Microsoft applications (email, teams, word, excel), working within electronic medical records systems.Â MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):Â
