Nemours is seeking a Executive Cabinet Coordinator I to support our EVP, Chief operating officer in Jacksonville, FL.This position is responsible for working independently for an Executive Vice President by providing office support to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Executive. Handles a wide variety of situations requiring knowledge of the overall functions of the Executive's area of responsibility with tact and confidentiality. May support subcommittees of Board of Directors/Managers including meeting attendance, preparing minutes maintaining all records, following up on action items and agenda preparation. Acts as a central point of contact for other departmental associates and as a liaison for other Executive Team off
