The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking a full-time Risk Management Director to lead risk identification, manage mitigation activities and address opportunities for improvement in the delivery of high quality care.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Quality, Patient Safety, clinicians, administrators and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans
Evalute clinical risks, staff issues, scope of practice, operational risks, hazard risks, financial risks, technology risks and compliance regulations
Establish consistent processes that support a proactive approach to risk reduction
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing; Master’s degree in business, healthcare or related field preferred
10+ years or nursing experience with 5+ years at the management level
2+ years of experience in risk management, quality improvement, patient safety or insurance/law preferred
Current NJ RN license
CPHRM certification preferred
