The Paralegal / Risk Management is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the organization?s operations, with a particular focus on legal and compliance matters. This role combines the expertise of risk management with paralegal skills to ensure the organization is protected against legal liabilities and operates within regulatory frameworks. The position requires a deep understanding of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards, as well as the ability to apply legal knowledge to support the organization?s risk management strategies
Qualifications
Certification
-Paralegal certification ? required
-Within twenty four (24) months obtain CPHRM (Certified Professional in Health Care Risk Management) certification - required
Education
Bachelor?s degree in legal studies, Risk Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field - preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management and/or legal support, preferably in a healthcare setting
