As a key member of our leadership team, and reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of educational offerings with mission oversight for the UME, GME, and STAR program, and non-accredited career development education programs and initiatives in the Department of Medicine. You will also provide advisory and analytical support to the Vice Chair for Education, and partner with other Department of Medicine and university leaders on the administrative oversight of our education programs.
Salary Range: $6,408.33 - $12,575.00/Month
QualificationsWe’re seeking a highly-motivated educational leader with:
· Related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· Three or more years of program/project management experience in healthcare/higher education
· Three or more years of medical education administrative experience
· Extensive supervisory background
· Ability to work with executive teams and navigate a large, complex organization
· Previous change management experience
· Advanced knowledge of UCLA policy
· Excellent communication skills
