ReportingtotheClinicalDirector,thePractice Manager for Clark UrologyoverseesthebusinessandpatientcaresupportfunctionsfortheDepartmentofUrology.
Responsible for FTE, call center and patient access, administrative and
financial analysis working within a proscribed budget, care coordination of
clinical services and communication, space management, safety reporting, policy
development and deployment.
Develops project plans to ensure
unit goals and effective operations of these clinical practices are met.Responsibility also includes followingandadheringtopersonnelpolicyandprocedure,hiring,recruitingqualifiedpersonnel.WorkwithClinicMedicalDirector, operation
clinic leads/supervisors, Department Chair, Director of Operations and
Executive CAO to assure an overall effective operation. Supervise the MSO1, who
manages the day-to-day operations of Pediatric Urology and the Center for
Women’s Pelvic Health.

formulate conclusions
