Compensation and Benefits
The entire salary range for this position is $82,099.00 to $97,634.00 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $82,099.00 to $90,309.00 based on factors such as education, training or experience.

JOB SUMMARY |
The Program Manager is responsible for the oversight and administration of the application based Invest in People Program portfolio of projects sponsored by the WPMG CEO & EMD. The PM supports the organization in the development and execution of the portfolio of approved projects and maintains a link to the organization wide strategic plan and projects to ensure continuity. The Program Manager will provide organizational support to the WPMG CEO & EMD and their direct reports, as well as the Cultural Advisory Group, all of whom the PM will work closely with to design, implement, and administer program processes annually. The PM will also provide support to all program participants, including but not limited to: initial project intake and assessment, application assistance, and identification of appropriate resources needed within each individual project. As projects are approved, the PM will help program participants direct and coordinate project activities to ensure projects are completed as designed. The PM will help drive the execution/ implementation of the Invest in People program and individual project plans approved through the program. The PM will manage leadership communication mechanisms, provide project management support on approved projects, monitor program and individual project status, provide regular updates to leadership, and prepare presentations for various audiences. The demands of the organization will require the PM to consistently demonstrate flexibility, operate with a high level of autonomy, understand the principles of change management, and manage up to Executive Leaders. |
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES |

- Design and/or enhance the application based Invest in People program, including the annual program calendar and key dates, developing standard criteria and clear processes for how applications will be scored & selected, creation of standard application templates and scoring rubrics, with examples of acceptable applications, and determining how to monitor project progress.
- Work closely with WPMG CEO & EMD and their direct reports, the Cultural Advisory Group, and program participants to drive the execution/implementation of the individual projects approved in the Invest in People Program.
- Provide project and program support for both proposed and approved projects within Invest in People Program scope.
- Provide leadership on approved projects and function with a high level of autonomy and flexibility. Flexibility includes providing project support in whatever capacity is needed (consulting, management, coordination and/or execution) based on the unique needs of the project.
- Develop and facilitate business processes within the Invest in People program and the organization, including partnership with Finance to demonstrate financial accountability, regularly track program expenses, and adhere to funding methodology as outlined by the WPMG Board of Directors. Provide quarterly status reports to the WPMG Board of Directors.
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects with minimal guidance using project management best practices.
- Participate and represent the Invest in People Program in leadership and other multidisciplinary meetings to advance the work across the organization and with our partner organization for KPWA collaborations.
- Perform majority of tasks independent of supervision. A certain degree of creativity and judgement is required.
- Prepare project materials in timely and accurate manner and track/monitor program deliverables.
- Provides occasional training/mentoring of staff on the types and use of various process and/or tools.
- Maintain Invest in People SharePoint site and manage e-mail inbox.
- Must meet WPMG compliance and code of conduct standards.
- Other duties as assigned leveraging project management skill set for organizational needs and priorities.
