Summary
The Assistant Director oversees the day to day operation of the department(s).
This includes assistance with supervision of all personnel of procedures, ordering of supplies and equipment, and managing the schedules.

Qualifications:Education
Required: Academic degree in nursing required (Bachelors or Masters degree). Masters degree in Nursing or related field required (Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or management)
Experience
Required: 2 Years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full time charge nurse/related position
Certifications
Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. CPR
