Position Information:
The Mgr, Applications Support - Business & Supports services reports directly to the Director of IS Program Management Office and is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the analysts and developers responsible for all assigned Information Services computer applications. Provides leadership for the staff and ensures user satisfaction for the success and usage of the various applications/systems. Works closely with operational stakeholders and director to establish application roadmap to ensure all applications are kept current and provides highest level of functionality to support business processes. Provides management support (people, process & technology) over fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Works closely and collaboratively with IS managers to ensure application environments are secure and application support team maintains high level of technical expertise. The manager will focus on the credibility of the Information Services department internally and externally, successful implementation of systems, developing the infrastructure to support the long term needs of the health system, staff development, customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall direction and information needs of the organization.
Experience Requirements:
5 Years Healthcare And 3 Years Management And 3 Years Information Services And Technical Support And Information Technology - Application Support - ERP Preferred
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Business Or Healthcare Or Technology Or Related Field Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Certified/Licensed/Registered in Field of Practice Required - And Infor Certified OS Associate Preferred
