Description JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Change Management Coordinator independently implements new systems and updates to current systems. The Sr. Change Management Coordinator partners with users on creating business requirements for new tools or enhancements in consideration of workflows and provide guidance on quality assurance testing. Promotes technology adoption, develops change management strategies, provides implementation services and supports system orientation and clinician onboarding. Helps to manage various projects and teams while serving as a key resource for multiple HealthIT initiatives & moderate to complex projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Implements new systems or updates.
