The incumbent serves as Deputy District Director with overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, reviewing, evaluating, and improving readjustment counseling administrative and support operations. The incumbent provides leadership and managerial oversight in the following areas: systems and business management; strategic planning; quality assessment and improvement; human resources; professional staff management; and personal leadership and ethics.
