Executive Assistant Position Summary
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Chief Executive Officer of the Entity. Assists the CEO by ordering office, business and equipment supplies. Writes and distributes meeting minutes, receives and distributes mail and routes phone calls as appropriate.
Requires the ability to work with a high degree of independence, organize several projects simultaneously and successfully meet deadlines. Coordinates administrative office functions and procedures.
