Responsible for leading and implementation program that supports non-physician clinical staff with orientation and competency assessment in order to promote standardized clinical workflow and optimal patient care. Evaluates performance, provide feedback and mentors, develop education programs, and contribute to staff professional development and provide oversight of Environment of Care (EOC) and Infection Prevention (IP) in collaboration with the IP departments.
