SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible to supervise and manage Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) staff within a clinical department structure. Manage the daily HR functions, staff scheduling and deployment. Also responsible to provide hands-on clinical patient care as an APC staff member.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Master's prepared Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required. 
• Five (5) years experience as advanced practice clinician/provider in an acute care hospital setting required. 
• Appropriate certification (CRNP or PA) required. 
• Current active licensure to practice in the state of Pennsylvania required. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in specialty (Surgical, Primary Care, Pediatrics, Family Medicine) for clinical department which applicant seeks preferred. 
• Progressive leadership skills and supervisory experience preferred.
