Job SummaryThe Director of Payment Transformation will lead a high-performing team to create new care delivery and payment model transformations across the Geisinger Enterprise. The Director of Payment Transformation will work on development and implementation of innovative payment and care delivery models including work in the Keystone Accountable Care Organization and Geisinger Accountable Care Organization, implementation of Transforming Episode Accountability Model (TEAM), and strategy and implementation of Direct Contracting.Job DutiesIn partnership the leadership team, develops a strategic plan for Innovation in Payment Model Innovation including the development and fostering of a “culture of innovation” throughout the system at all levels.
