Chief of Staff
Job Summary: The Chief of Staff (COS) position reports directly to the CEO and acts on behalf of the CEO. The COS is a member of the CEO's leadership team and, as needed, other advisory groups. The COS advises the CEO and coordinates with other WMCHealth leadership on all matters of interest to the CEO including policies, programs, personnel matters as well as projects involving government officials, campus colleagues. The COS represents the CEO in a variety of discussions and written exchanges with the aforementioned parties while also managing confidential and sensitive issues. The COS develops solutions to a wide range of issues throughout WMCHealth and liaises regularly with various department leaders such as the heads of HR, Legal, Comp
