The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center in Oklahoma is actively recruiting to fill a Board Certified/Board Eligible Staff Geriatric Medicine Physician HBPC Medical Director position in our growing Section of Geriatrics & Extended Care (GEC) Service. The physician will dedicate 30-70% of the time daily, to ensuring the daily operations of our Home-Based Primary Care Program are occurring safely and efficiently. Our program currently serves >550 home-bound Veterans around Oklahoma City and Lawton, Oklahoma and is the largest HBPC Program in our region.
