DescriptionThe System Director, CHRISTUS Foundation for HealthCare is the senior executive representing CHRISTUS Health and is responsible for shaping and advancing the philanthropic vision, operational excellence, and donor engagement strategy across the organization?s Houston and Galveston ministries. This leader oversees all foundation staff and operations, supports clinical program development, manages endowment growth, and directs major fundraising initiatives, including capital campaigns.
