Are you an organized, proactive professional with a passion for supporting high-impact organizations? The National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview
As a key member of our organization, the Office Manager will play an essential role in maintaining the efficiency of our daily operations. This position provides critical administrative support to NAHSE leadership and staff, and upholds compliance with our organizational policies. Your contributions will directly support NAHSE’s mission and help foster a professional, collaborative work environment.
Core Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to organizational policies.
Manage office resources, including inventory and equipment, to guarantee availability and operational readiness.
Administer the office budget by tracking expenditures, handling invoices, and managing vendor relationships.
Maintain and organize essential records, documentation, and correspondence to support organizational operations.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership and staff as needed.
