We PAY $89/HR. And we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Loyalty Program Manager to join our team. As the Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. You will lead a cross-functional team to design innovative loyalty programs that drive customer engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loyalty program management, with a proven track record of creating successful programs that deliver measurable results.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute loyalty program strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align loyalty initiatives with business objectives
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for program enhancements
- Monitor program performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Lead a team of loyalty program specialists to manage day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 6Month/1 years of experience in loyalty program management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision making
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
