Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette (PPCW) is seeking a Director for Specialty Services & Population Health (MD/DO) to join our clinical leadership team.
This is a clinically active physician leadership role that integrates direct patient care with specialty services development, population health strategy, and health equity leadership.
At PPCW, you’ll help shape and deliver high-quality reproductive and sexual health care across our affiliate—ensuring care is evidence-based, equitable, and responsive to the communities we serve.
About the Role
This role is intentionally clinically grounded, with a substantial commitment to direct patient care alongside leadership responsibilities. You will:
Provide specialty reproductive and gynecologic care, including abortion care, complex contraception, and outpatient procedures
Serve as a clinical leader supporting quality, safety, access, and equity across services
Translate population health and health equity strategies into clinical practice
Partner across clinical, operational, and community teams to strengthen care delivery
Mentor clinicians and contribute to training, education, and professional development
This is a developmental leadership role with defined supervisory responsibilities and close partnership with senior clinical leadership.

You will maintain an active clinical presence (approximately 3+ days per week), providing care that may include:

Medical Services
We serve more than 74,000 patient visits annually at our 9 health center locations in Beaverton, Bend, Milwaukie-Oak Grove, NE Portland, NE Specialty Services, East Portland, Sal...em and Ontario, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington. Our expert team of compassionate health care providers provide services including abortion, low-cost birth control, emergency contraception, vasectomy, HIV services, miscarriage management, pregnancy testing and planning, sexual and reproductive concerns, STD / STI testing, treatment and vaccines, gender-affirming care, wellness and preventive care, and basic infertility services.
