Indiana University Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Clinical Manager to join our IU Health Medical Group- Metro Region Psychiatry team.
The APP Clinical Manager is responsible for:
- Clinical Oversight: Providing direct clinical support and guidance to APP teams across virtual and in-person care settings, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Leadership & Team Development: Leading and mentoring APPs, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
- Operational Excellence: Partnering with administrative and clinical leaders to optimize workflows, enhance patient access, and support innovative care models.
- Strategic Alignment: Supporting system-wide initiatives and aligning APP practices with IU Health's mission, vision, and strategic goals.
Position Details:
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday
- 8am-5pm
- Team of 40 physicians and 11 APPs
Qualifications:
- PMHNP or PA certification required
- APP experience in psychiatry required
- Leadership experience required
